چکیده

The ease of a 63-year-old man who presented with Brown-Sequard syndrome plus posterior column defiats due to extensive ossifieation of the posterior longitudinal ligament is reported. Diagnostie evaluation included magnetie resonance imaging in addition to eonventional teehniques. Ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament (OPLL) is a rare cause of myelopathy in non-Oriental populations and relatively unrecognized by general practitioners.
